The 42nd Street Art Project was sponsored by the 42nd Street Development Project, Inc. a subsidiary of the New York State Urban Development Corporation, and Creative Time, Inc., a New York City non-profit arts organization, in cooperation with the Economic Development Corporation of the City of New York.

  22. This is a scene from the vestibule of a theater that's being renovated for the revival of 42nd Street.  With all the lights and mirrors it seems as if the theater is still open for business.  The vacated lobby is filled with old movie memorabilia and a moving spotlight.
